PlumbingPro is hiring a Lead Plumber for a new, locally owned family- and veteran-owned plumbing franchise in San Antonio. This is the first plumber hire and a key role in building a high-quality residential and light commercial service operation from the ground up.
We are looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and wants long-term stability with a growing company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service and repairs
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
  • Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
  • Complete service documentation accurately and on time
  • Help establish service standards and best practices for the company
Qualifications
  • 5+ years plumbing experience (service preferred)
  • Texas plumbing license
  • Residential and light commercial service experience required
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
